Literacy
We have just started to learn about the recount writing form. We have problem solved some of the main features in a recount and shared recounts of exciting events with the class.
This half term we have been learning about how to write instructions. We problem solved the features of instructions, cut up instructions, discussed instructions and played games by following instructions. We even got to make toast and 15’s to help us plan and write specific instructions.
Shared Writing
We we have taken part in shared writing and peer assessment. We wrote a set of instructions with a buddy and presented them to the class.
A very excited Year 4 visit the Downpatrick Library.
