We read the book 'Goodnight Spaceman' and worked in groups to create a soundscape for the story using the GarageBand app. Prior to this lesson, we had listened to Elton John's 'Rocketman' and Coldplay's 'Sky full of stars'. We were inspired by these two contrasting pieces of music and used musical ideas when creating our own soundscape. We thoroughly enjoyed working collaboratively to create our soundscapes.
