Outdoor Learning and Using Natural Objects

We were using natural objects to sort in Numeracy. Everyone had fun looking at the natural objects and had a go at trying to identify each thing. We then used the natural objects for our number work. The Year 1 pupils used natural objects to make numbers 1 to 5. Year 2 used the natural objects to demonstrate their understanding of place value. Year 4 used the natural objects to record hundreds, tens and units.
