SCU2 and Year 6 visited the Planetarium in Armagh. They had a build a Rocket workshop, where they made rockets from plastic bottles. The children were then allowed to launch their rockets outside to see how far they flew. A few landed in the trees. Back inside we all went into the dome, we looked at all the planets and stars. We really had a good day.
We all dressed up in French costumes. We made delicious croissants with hot chocolate. Our teacher told us some French words and we coloured a rainbow using French colours.
We all had a great day
Some fantastic art work from everyone
During WAU we have been learning about the water cycle. The experiment above shows how water evaporates and condenses.
On Friday 7th November SCU2 enjoyed sharing their thoughts about 'Respect' in Assembly. Well done to everyone for speaking so confidently and giving everyone lots of tips on how to be respectful!
