Year 2 love being outside and we try to take as much of our learning outside as possible.
Group Work
We enjoyed choosing a leaf from Mrs Liddle’s bag and then finding children who had the same type of leaf as us. If you had the same leaf you were in a group.

People Who Help Us
We have a Police Station set up in our Role Play area. We are enjoying dressing up as Police Officers, solving crimes, taking statements and arresting criminals!
Firefighter Visit
On Monday 14th October Year 2 enjoyed having John Tormey visit to tell them about his job as a Firefighter. They listened really well and learnt lots of important information on how to prevent fires in their homes and the importance of regularly checking their fire alarm.
