Maths Week
For Maths Week we focussed on Problem Solving. Year 2 were great problem solvers and identified the names of the 5 faces by listening to the information and identifying which face matched all the criteria. They had to problem solve some more and work out what coloured coat each person was wearing.
As we have been learning about odd and even numbers we used dominos to make each pair of dotty dogs have an odd or even number of spots. They worked really well with their partner and sang our odd and even song to check if the number was odd or even.
