Downpatrick Library
Year 4 have had 3 visits to the library in Downpatrick, and we have found the children's section of the library and located the fiction and non-fiction sections. We know that we can use the computers in the library to help us with any research projects or homework and have learnt about staying safe online.
Procedural writing
In Year 4 we love cooking and baking, and eating what we make even more so! We have been learning about procedural writing in Literacy so we have made hedgehog buns and have written instructions to share with others explaining how to make them. We remembered to include a title, what we need, method, bossy verbs, time words, numbers and pictures.
