Phonics

We love learning phonics in fun and hands on ways

We have been learning outdoors by practising our spellings and looking for the spelling patterns for the sound of the week in our words.

Procedural Writing

We started the year off by learning about procedural texts. We studied lots of different instructions to find out about what features were needed. We then made top hats and have written the instructions to explain how to make them.
