WAU/Other Events

The World Around Us topic in Year 6 for the first term has been Extreme Earth. We have explored many different aspects of the Earth we live in, including some Natural Disasters. We have made Volcanoes out of natural resources found in our school grounds, and had a Science investigation to make plastic bottle Volcanoes erupt!

Alex from Table Tennis Ireland came into school to give us a taster session of table tennis. We thoroughly enjoyed these sessions and hope to see Alex in school again soon!

Year 6 enjoyed a Hip Hop Dance taster session and loved showing off their dance moves!
